Nice fruity nose a little bit flat on the palett tho
Pinot Blanc from steep slate slopes on the Mosel, fermented for ten days on the skins. Amber colour and fine grip, dried orange peel, herbs and a mineral line from the slate, unfiltered at 11.5%. Lighter than most orange wines, so it carries you through the whole bottle. Named after Abby, my Old English Bulldog. Only 550 bottles were made.
