Horse stable at first, give it a good swirl, red fruit, nice acidity, juicy. Drink it a little cold.
From Henri Milan's son Theo - 100% Mourvèdre fermented in two separate tanks. One underwent carbonic maceration and the other was fermented traditionally, then blended together prior to bottling. Savoury, cranberry and cherry, fine tannins
