Un mot « énorme » ! !! Mais quelle quille de malade .. tout ce Q j’aime, un jus léger presque rosé et pourtant bien rouge, une fraîcheur de dingue, une amertume superbe sans exubérance, un fruit 🍇 parfait non altéré, c’est précis sans aucune déviance, juste ce qu’il faut d’alcool .. petit conseil à boire légèrement frais, un vin de soif de belle facture ! Étonnant pour un Languedoc. Besoin d’ouverture pour vraiment s’exprimer. On a du bois plus que du fruit. Leger en alcool mais pas énorme de gourmandise. Me fait pas mal penser au pinot de Loire étonnamment. Va très bien avec une pizza.

Bisschen Erdbeere, leichte Frucht, nicht genau zu definieren. Die Säure spielt besonders im hinteren Rachenraum eine Rolle, kann noch nicht sagen, ob ichs gut finde.
