beautiful ruby color. lot of red fruit with significant viscosity... fermented tea in there but not the most balanced... then again, did not get to decant.
Really REALLY good!!! A great example of a natural wine maker that makes excellent classic wines, naturally. This is a natural wine even your skeptical grandparents will grudgingly admit is excellent. Wet earth, old leather, blackberries, black currant. I can’t wait to try more from this producer!
Apres carafage.. Reste ce hout de reduit en bouche et au nez... A regouter.... Un'peu decu par ce millésime... Tellement d eclate sur 2014,2015....
