Freshly opened a slight hint of oxidation, but with some air and temperature, the wines opens up and shows his full structure and complexity. Definitely best after couple of hours, as usual. Unfortunately my last bottle of 2013.

Comme son nom l'indique. Faut y aller doucement au début, mais après un peu d'ouverture, c'est du pur bonheur. Ça goutte la brioche fraîche, la matière est douce et beurrée. Belle longueur.
