Amazing explosive nose with a strong Flor character - nutty, saline, earthy, yeasty, pungent. Palate is quite different. Lots of tangy apple fruit, juicy, clean, and mineral. There is of course Flor character on the palate also but it is far more pungent on the nose. The two combined make a really delicious wine that pairs so well with asian food, sushi, miss, and cheeses. No added SO2.
