Very light(!), straightforward and unassuming pinot noir from Irancy, Burgundy. Lots of spice, the right amount of volatile, slightly bretty. Overall a very easy and enjoyable drink, perfect for cured meats of all kinds.
C'est tellement rare un pinot qui pinote. Là, on y est! Par ailleurs c'est un vin qui montre ses qualités de bouche à table en accompagnant très bien une entrecôte de Salers.
