WOW!!! Superb Pinot noir from Burgundy from the master Frederic Cossard! Lovely color! Just after opened, I got a lot of fruit in the nose, strawberries, raspberries, and a lot of delicious sour cherries! After a while I feel like the cherries are more dominant in combination with forrest floor. Another dimension!! In the mouth it is perfectly balanced and clean. Perfect acidity with a round finish! There are some tannins, but not too much, just the right amount. SUPERB!
