Wow! So interesting! In the beginning a lots of apples in the nose with a little bit exciting VA. But then it gets more intense with floral notes, quince, little bit marzipan. Very round in the mouth with a bit acidity a structure. Very interesting. Great as always to try Alice Bouvots wines! One of my favorite wine makers 😄
