I första glaset är det busigt spritsigt på tungspetsen. Det hela lugnar ner sig och ger ifrån sig läckra surhallon, blåbär och lite viol. Syran städar rent hus i munnen. Très fruité et floral, légèrement tannique sur la fin Purchased at La Feuille de Vigne Le Havre
Structuré, avec des tanins, poivré, expressif… Ça vient de Volvic et ça se boit comme de l’eau 💧
Un gamay auvergnat qui demande juste à être bu en toute simplicité....du fruit, de la fraîcheur et une bouche presque soyeuse pour un vin qui glisse avec gourmandise.
