At first there are hints of carrot and then a splash of spearmint- this wine is incredibly refreshing and juicy- perfect fully chilled because it is quite light. The flavor spears first in the back of my throat and then follows to tip of my tongue. Of course we picked it up at ordinaire in Oakland which is just the best shop ever.. and I’ve never gone wrong with a natural gamay.
