Fresh and dry natural wine with medium body. In the nose hints of abricot, fossil, goat cheese, dried apple and small hints of pollished leather. In the mouth white pears, dried apple, abricot and earthy (animal-like) aroma's. Cleansing mouthfeel, lingering Crispijn aftertaste. Recommend it with goat cheese and earthy brebis cheese, matured ham or just in it's own.
