Actually 2018 because apparently they've put the labels on wrong for a few years in a row. A nice tension between late harvest and residual sugar with fresh crisp acidity.
Autant le « simple » pinot gris m’avait emballé, autant avec la cuvée de réserve, je suis réservé. Lourd et vite écœurant 💔

Fantastic! Great acidity and freshness, with hints of apricot and undergrowth - the perfect expression of Alsace, a super drinking experience. The producer is near Colmar , where he cultivates 6 hectares in byodinamcs . Calcareous soil, spontaneous fermentations, with no added sulphate .
