FYSIKA FYSIKA is returning to where it all began! On Sunday, 8 November, YMCA at Thessaloniki will host the fifth edition of the natural wine celebration, this time in its Main Indoor Court, bringing together more than 40 producers from Greece and abroad and over 300 wines to taste.
From its first edition in Thessaloniki in 2022 to the three that followed in Athens, FYSIKA FYSIKA has grown alongside Greece’s natural wine community, establishing itself as one of the country’s most important meeting points for producers, wine professionals and wine lovers. Four years on, it returns to the city where it all began, bringing together familiar faces and new producers, diverse terroirs and new approaches to winemaking.
From Thrace to Crete and from Ikaria to the Peloponnese, winemakers from across Greece will meet in Thessaloniki to showcase the energy, diversity and continuous evolution of Greek natural wine. They will be joined by guest producers from across the Balkans, offering visitors the opportunity to discover different grape varieties, places and winemaking philosophies.
What you’ll taste
Organic and biodynamic wines made with little or no added sulphites, native yeasts and as little intervention as possible, both in the vineyard and the vinification process. In just one day, you’ll have the chance to meet the winemakers themselves and taste wines made with minimal interventions, authentic, respectful of the environment and, above all, delicious.
Sustainability in practice
For FYSIKA FYSIKA, natural wine is not a winemaking trend, it’s a way of life. It reflects a broader approach to the land, production and consumption, one rooted in respect for the environment and honesty in the glass.
Throughout the event, we reuse our equipment, avoid single-use plastics and give a second life to glass bottles, corks, cigarette butts and organic waste through recycling and composting.
