On June 12th, we invite you to a special evening with Nizio Naturals at Winnowiercy.
For one night only, Karol Nizio will join us to celebrate wine, food, and produce coming from a single place — the Nizio farm and Dwór Sanna estate.
🥂 We will be pouring a unique selection of Nizio Naturals wines, including current releases alongside older vintages, last remaining bottles, and labels no longer available on the market.
🧀 A variety of cheeses and dairy products made by Nizio Naturals will also be available throughout the evening.
🥬 For this occasion, Chef Łapawa has created a special menu based on seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Nizio's vineyards, orchards, and fields.
NIZIO NATURALS is much more than a winery. It is a farm built around the idea of living and producing close to the land — a place where wine, food, and everyday life all emerge from the same landscape. The project is rooted in self-sufficiency, seasonality, and respect for nature: from fields and orchards, through cheese and dairy production, to wines crafted with great care and attention. It is one of the most authentic and consistent natural wine projects in Poland.
