Blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay - zippy and refreshing. Guava and mango nose, refined saline finish.
Styrian Natural white. Apple, cloves, coriander. Cucumber. Followed by glue. Dissipates and leaves cooked apple, chestnuts, saffron, dill, mustard. Full, good acidity and 11.5 abv only. Slightly less impressive than the No. 6 I had some weeks ago.
