Very fresh berry nose (tiny bit of gaz so shake and go) beautiful « sour berries» like pinot version. Impressive freshness considering the country/sunny conditions. /fleurie like Can wait a few more years for it. (Get oxy very fast if gaz shake out)
Vin mystère choisi par le barman. Je n’ai pas réussi à deviner. Acidité subtile, légèrement menthe en bouche et à la fin thé fumé. Pas du tout le goût de pinot noir mais resemble beaucoup un Gamay de Beaujolais...
