Fermented and aged in large oak barrels without contact with the skin but on its fine lees. Unfiltered and zero sulphites added. Fragrant and fresh with tones of pink grapefruit and wild strawberry notes. Bianka & Daniel are two young winemakers making biodynamic wine in the Reinhessen region of Germany and they have 16 hectares. Demeter certification.
Slight sour, the good kind.
