Nice surprise from this forgotten bottle in my Cellar. Very complex acidity. If you have the patience to wait to drink iT, you should also forget 1 or 2 bottles. Because I know iT drinks Nice to when iT is stil young.
C'est frais, résolument raisin...
Dry and love it.
