Simplement superbe!
Cabernet Franc from Anjou under control with typical features, black pepper, paprika, raspberries, violet... concentration, low alcohol, thin tannins and bright fruit, vegetal freshness but no rough "green" taste. So good
👌🏼 great notes of barn and hay, elegant bite of acidity. Very well balanced
It s alway a pleasure to drink this wine. Open up to full beauty after 2 hour and half. Best cab franc ever
Nose of mashed berry compote, wet attack with spicy finish continuing down the throat. A gentle slow burn. —E.E. Keenan
