Oh! This is one of my favorite winemaker! If you like sour beers, Ruben is incredibly interesting but Bobinet and Calvez are not making this wine anymore unfortunately. PIAK! Was also really juicy/fruity.

It takes about 15 min to open up. We get a bright red wine with a nose of ripe red fruits. Raspberry, cherries and eastern spices. We’ll combine it with duck in a reduced red wine sauce, so the nice acidity of this wine breaks the fatty duck. 2013 seems to be ready to drink now, I wouldn’t keep it any longer.
