Manu dit que ces blancs doivent attendre 10 ans. Ce qui est particulièrement vrai sur des années fraîches. Les vins naturels ont un potentiel de garde surprenant.

J'ai bêtement rapidement bu mes 2008. Faut dire que c'était le premier millésime de mon alloc. Pour la comparaison avec Coche faudrait taper sur au moins un meursault afin d'être équitable ;-)
