I am adding this comment after one hour of the wine opening slowly in my glass and the bottle. A fresh confit orange peel is developing. It’s harmonious for a 13 years old natural wine. Who said that kind of wine cannot age ? 😎

Confit Apricot and confit quince. Hint of fresh white mushrooms, a little safran smell. Nice acidity and still some structure. Pretty impressive I will say for a 2012. The wine open slowly with time, getting better. Remarquable.
