Extremely fresh and vibrant light red from Aveyron, in the south-west of France... a load of ripe raspberries and spices... Tremendously convivial and drinkable. Carmarans turned my day around

Fruity (see below). Fruité sur le Cassis et la framboise, assez long et satisfaisant, un nez un poil trop épicé au delà du fruit rouge, paraît plus que 11,8% mais à laisser estomper en ouvrant bien avant de le boire. Premier Fer Servadou que j’essaie. Bien !!! Strong on red fruit, very nice and can even sustain a slightly spicy dish, which is rare. To open 1h30 before drinking as it is young and heavier on alcool than it seems. Rare species « fer servadou »
