Mar 2025Living locally, I've visited Osteria Mavalár many times over the last few years and each time it takes a step up. Proper Italian food cooked by Italians. I challenge you to find a better Italian restaurant in the central Algarve . Great friendly service and a very interesting wine list made up of portuguese and Italian wines with some great natural wines thrown in the mix too. This place has been here for 10 years and will continue to thrive . Thanks Davidé
