Nov 2019lovely spot. can get really crowded. chef denis also known as the „jiggo“ earned his name not only by his handsomeness and kindness but his well selected food and natural wine menu. just yesterday i had one of the best champagner of 2019 there. food wise „jiggo“ serves you great chairs classics as the gambas, the schnitzel, haussalat with fish croquettes or the chocolate soufflé. these you will find all year. but there are also seasonsl dishes that are always pleasing and convincing. friendly staff and homemade bread. can it get any better ? this one is absolutely recommended !
Nov 2019So good I came back the next night with friends. Tasting menu is excellent value at €49 for 4 courses (€42 for veggie option). Staff friendly and helpful both times. Flavours and textures were outstanding and plenty of pleasant surprises with the combinations. Natural wines only by the bottle. Expect 3x markups vs retail. Water is expensive (€6.50/bottle) Well worth seeking out.
