A great example from a very talented wine maker ... 80 yr old vines - 9 months in 5 yr old casks ... Lots of farm yard on the nose - mineral infused tannins - warm spice laden length - leather tar bitter cherry 🍒 & some truffle.... Would pair well with dark chocolate good company & warm conversation....
