Sandalo,pietra e polvere al naso ,cedro bergamotto e chinotto in bocca.Lieve e gradevole il petillant iniziale che fugge velocemente tratteggiando una materia succulenta ,tonica con accenni di rosmarino e timo molto rinfrescante e digeribile. Vino da bere tutta l’estate
Flesh and saulty ! Nose fulled of sweet yellow fruit , notes of nuts , just like in Sauternes . Also a lot of dill and currant leaves . Dry and acidic palate with small bubbles and saulty taste ) You can’t stop drink it !

Le vin est ample avec beaucoup de tonus. Il est actuellement légèrement dominé par des notes de réduction du type sésame grillé. Sera grand dans quelques temps...
