Fruité sur le Cassis et la framboise, assez long et satisfaisant, un nez un poil trop épicé au delà du fruit rouge, paraît plus que 11,8% mais à laisser estomper en ouvrant bien avant de le boire. Premier Fer Servadou que j’essaie. Bien !!! Strong on red fruit, very nice and can even sustain a slightly spicy dish, which is rare. To open 1h30 before drinking as it is young and heavier on alcool than it seems. Rare species « fer servadou »
Metal, iron, blood, cocoa powder, hint of dark choc moxed with berries, acidity soft in the end, slightly fizzy, smal fine bubbles (close to an Italian vivace/mosso), light, clean.

Extremely fresh and vibrant light red from Aveyron, in the south-west of France... a load of ripe raspberries and spices... Tremendously convivial and drinkable. Carmarans turned my day around
