“Kai” di Paraschos è il Friulano in purezza da vigne ultracentenarie nel cuore del Collio su terreno di ponca. Macerazione spontanea con bucce fermentazione naturale, affinamento per ~24‐36 mesi in grandi botti di rovere slavonia, zero solfiti aggiunti prima dell’imbottigliamento. Colore giallo dorato carico; profumi di frutta esotica (pesca, ananas), note iodate, miele, pietra focaia; al palato potente ma equilibrato, con freschezza, mineralità e lunga persistenza.

INTO THE SPELL (searched) In Arfanta Tarzo (TV) from Tullio and Eva, an ancient inn immersed in the Trevisani della Marca hills, rich in honey mushrooms and white polenta, in the cradle of the spit of guinea fowl, rabbit, chicken and our Mephistopheles King Pork, the cult of the reigns good dining and good drinking. Accompanying the skilled table, KAI 2007 by @paraschoswines by Evangelos, Jannis and @alexisparaschos TOCAI FRIULANO 80-year-old vines fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 8 days, followed by aging in large 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels for about 3 years on its own yeasts. All the PARASCHOS wines are without added sulfur. From San Floriano del Collio a delicate interpretation of a ready and affectionate wine, with well-defined varietal characters, almond and peach in the first place. A journey into the glass, as it changes and evolves as it reaches the optimal temperature. Dehydrated apricots, sweet tamarind, raisins, malaga, hazelnut butter, star anise, officinal herbs and trucker spices combine to form a bouchet and a vigorous, complex flavor with an almost spiritual depth. In the mouth, all its eccentric and bold complexity explodes, overflowing with freshness and salinity from a sincere and true Ponka. Between mountain and sea, between Greece and Collio, this liquid Dionysic rich in modern and ancient "Classicism", Enchants, fascinates and strikes ...... an endless wine ....... Infinite.
