Having tasted a 2021 before, I can only stick to what I’ve said earlier: one of my favorite wines from István.
Dry white unfiltered wine. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No fining, no filtration, no added sulfur. Biodynamic viticulture. Fruity with right acidity. One of my favorites of István’s wines.
