It is difficult to call it “clean” because at first glance it gives the impression of a “mutty”, but at the first breath there is no doubt about the nobleness of origin, the degree of grooming and care for the grapes. An ideal infinitely flowing freshness. A complex, complex Nose, develops with baked fruits, caramelized apples and peaches. Reveals strong aging aromas with hard cheese, candied fruit

Légère touche oxydation. Des petits agrumes et et fleurs qui chatouillent délicatement la langue. Très belle longueur minérale et salivante ! 20 ans de biodynamie sur ces vignes, zéro souffre pour un pur jus sans défaut et un tarif tout à fait honnête !
