A blend of grenache, syrah and mourvèdre varieties that are classic for the Southern Rhone climate. It ferments and ages for 4 years in cement tanks and goes through a long maceration of 45 days. Complex, fuller-bodied, strong structure, but still fresh with notes of ripe berries and mild pepperiness. Wine without added sulfates.
