A copper-colored orange wine with excellent drinkability. A wine with with gentle tannic grip and aromatic richness. Spicy and herbal on the nose. On the palate dried apricots, quince marmalade, smoky accents. Orange peel and minerals in the aftertaste.
Slightly cloudy, yeasty, smoky. Cumin, yeast bread, lemon, dried herbs on the nose. Mineral, salty, long-lasting taste. Grape: Frühroter Veltliner; 5800 plants/ha, 3000 liter/ha Harvest by hand, destemmed and crushed, fermeted with skins and native yeasts for two weeks in vats, not fined, not filtered, matured in stainless steel tanks. Ripe blackberry, cassis, violets, cedarwood, tabac and graphite notes on the nose. Full bodied red with velvety texture, nice freshness and great purity. Deliciously old-fashioned natural and lively Bordeaux! Grapes: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Alc. 12,5% Certified organic agriculture (1,7ha vineyard on clay-limestone soil north of Saint-Estèphe in Médoc), manual harvest, natural vinification, ageing in old oak barrels for 18 months. No sulfite added. Crafted by Blandine and Jérémy Borde.
