Bar Caviste
Ripe blackberry, cassis, violets, cedarwood, tabac and graphite notes on the nose. Full bodied red with velvety texture, nice freshness and great purity. Deliciously old-fashioned natural and lively Bordeaux! Grapes: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Alc. 12,5% Certified organic agriculture (1,7ha vineyard on clay-limestone soil north of Saint-Estèphe in Médoc), manual harvest, natural vinification, ageing in old oak barrels for 18 months. No sulfite added. Crafted by Blandine and Jérémy Borde.
