Dark rosé. Wild strawberries, red current, lychee, rose petals and melon in the nose. Structured, round and full of flavours in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer cuisine. Pinot Noir und Cabernet Carol grapes. Harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Not filtered, not fined. 6 months aging on the lees. Alc. 12% Winemaker: Thomas Harteneck Certified biodynamic, working with nature under the strict guidelines of DEMETER. Place: Baden, south of Germany
Slightly cloudy, yeasty, smoky. Cumin, yeast bread, lemon, dried herbs on the nose. Mineral, salty, long-lasting taste. Grape: Frühroter Veltliner; 5800 plants/ha, 3000 liter/ha Harvest by hand, destemmed and crushed, fermeted with skins and native yeasts for two weeks in vats, not fined, not filtered, matured in stainless steel tanks. Formica Gialla da vigne di Malvasia e trebbiano Veliterne di oltre quarant’anni mi nutrisce e coccola al contempo. Trovo rifugio nel suo sorso risoluto e deciso. Vibrano alternate note tonde e fresche che ricordano le erbe officinali,coriandolo,miele di arancio,ananas matura e maraschino. 12,5 gradi alcolici e bottiglia aperta da una settimana. Anche le formiche nel loro piccolo si incazzano...
