Aoû 2025Food, phenomenonal. Your man is ripping the kitchen and front of house as slow-paced one-man-show. If you want to dine quickly, don't come. If you want a plethora of delicious natural wines, don't come. We really had to dig for an acceptable bottle, but the food is delicious and the way he runs the place is astounding. The bubbles apéritif we nearly threw in the bush, but the balance of flavours, textures, and temperatures in each course was beyond enjoyable. Come with your expectations calibrated and you will love it.
