So, jetzt reden wir über Erfrischungen. Schöner Sprudel mit Rhabarberkompottanklängen, die Hefe schmeckt man deutlich, außerdem schöne Säure und leichte Bitterkeit. Also alles drin, außer Sulfit. Das bleibt draußen.

Medium-bodied, fruity. Deep copper in the glass and a lightly fizzy texture. The nose and palate show cranberry, raspberry, and minerality. A great alternative to the usual sparkler or rosé.
