Another + bottling from the master that is Tscheppe. The + line had a bit of fizz and residual sugar on release that has now integrated gracefully into the wines. Aromatic without being over the top these fall more into the mold of top-end Sancerre than you're usual savvy b. Limey, zesty, and would work wonderfully with food

Really opens up and changes over time. High acid, very slight butterscotch nose, loooong finish.

The only style of SB I really enjoy. Organic, unfiltered, no added sulphur. This one from Styria, south east Austria. Lovely golden colour. Fresh bread dough, dried mango and pineapple. Roasted sesame. Hints of resin. Great balance of body and acidity. Light bitter and resinous aftertaste.
