Nice notes of citrus, almost orange in the nose and grape fruit. Some floral notes as well. Oxidized tones which brings this wine to another level. Good fruitiness in the mouth with well balanced acidity and bitterness. Some elderflower in the mouth. Really delicious!

Nose: green apple, ripe pear and bold Jasmine Palate: honey, apple, oak
No sulfites, not filtered (but no skin maceration). Grapes are harvested by hand, wine aged in oak barrel. I liked it a lot! 😍☺️
Tasted this one for the first time, during summer last year, with some friends, in a summer bar in my home town, before leaving to Bruges for a couple of days (it was 30 degrees outside),this wine was a perfect match... Funky, levendig met frisse zuren.
