Really great. Tried the same 2 years ago, and it has developed positively. Lots of minerals in the nose, reductive delicious notes. Citrusy. Maybe also seaweed and ocean in the nose. Great acidity, light body. Just great!
Elderflowers, pears, and citrus. Nice and balanced acidity. Very easy drinking! Great for summer nights!
