The father and daughter Sunday rite continues, and indeed spreads to Sirmione .... - Chicken wing, calcium sauce and pepper - Wagyu sirloin, pistachio, cauliflower, and Ponzu sauce (Japan sauce) -Aragostelle al Vadouvan (mix of spices), asparagus, miso and grapefruit. - Egg ravioli, ricotta, fassona, spinach and black truffle. - Sea bass in a crust of fine herbs (🤔) radicchio, cardamom and Spanish sauce. -Petit Patisserie -Sacher personalized cakes. All diluted with the most granitic and earthy classic method of Slovenian Karso @vina_cotar by Branko & Vasja Čotar ..... BELA 2016 .. Malvasia and Vitoska. Macerates for 7 days in open vats, malolactic and aging for about 42 months then in exhausted oak barrels of 20hl, refermented with dried must, not opened, no added sulfur. Pan brioches, dried grapes, powdered sugar, dried flowers, dry apricots, chamomile, candied citrus fruits, balsamic and a Funky veil that surrounds and guarantees a sacrosanct drink in the classic method that is finally healthy and legitimate. -Chateau Gravas 2015 Sauternes child and surely corrupt with trailer loads of SO2, but which seals and concludes the genetic banquet ..... To change as we are ... to improve ... to reactivate ... to get passionate .... to love each other more ... in a new mood ... in a new period of life .... YOU CAN .... This is a funkin' good time. Beautiful apricot color. Hazy, cloudy greatness. Mmm. Tastes like apricots all day long. Deep deep beautiful texture.
