Tannic,rich but fresh and vivid

Lots of freshness, very alive. Good tannic structure, high but great acidity. Some fruit, spices and Mediterranean herbs. Despite no added sulphites the wine improved over 3 days, very impressive. Wonderful example of a good natural wine with Atlantic freshness all over.
