Il Blanc de Blancs di Divella è uno spumante metodo classico prodotto a Gussago da sole uve chardonnay, coltivate senza diserbanti e sistemici. Nasce da fermentazioni spontanee, lunghe soste in pupitre e nessun dosaggio zuccherino. Riposa 33 mesi sui lieviti.
A complete disappointment for money I spent on this wine. You do not get that it some special Etna/Sicily variety: it tastes just okay as a regular shop red wine at a price of $10. Apparently overrated wine that in fact does not present anything special. If you want some Italian authenticity, I would recommend trying a classic Barolo or Barbaresco instead.
