Light color almost like a pinot. Acidity and elegance. Out of the box.
Quite dark for a rosé. Cherry and licorice aroma with a lactic edge. Perfect balance and weight, with delicious acidity. From the remote Serra da Estrela in Portugal, organic agriculture, indigenous yeasts, no SO2 or corrections at any point.
