NEREO 100% Pignolo Tipologia: Vino Rosso Vino iconico, "assurdo", esplosivo, non imitabile: Nereo esce in commercio dopo 21 anni dalla vendemmia e solo in formato Magnum (1,5 litri), ad un prezzo importante come d'altra parte tutte le scelte di Fulvio, che proprio sull'uva Pignolo dimostra di essere un interprete maniacale e rigoroso come nessun altro. In legno dal novembre 1997 al novembre 2017 a contatto con i suoi stessi lieviti e con batonnage 2 volte al mese in assoluta assenza di solforosa. A fine 2017 il contenuto delle 3 botti di legno (una di gelso, una di ciliegio selvatico e una di pero selvatico) è stato travasato in una vasca di acciaio da 15 hl per poi essere imbottigliato senza chiarifica né filtrazione. Invecchiamento potenziale: 30-40 anni. Etichetta dedicata a Nereo Bressan, classe 1932, papà e ispirazione di Fulvio, che ancora oggi vive ed opera in azienda. Produzione: 1.057 Magnum
