Nez de sauvignon d’emblée (alors que le cépage n’est pas majoritaire…). Belle attaque fraîche et iodée. Un peu de fruits à chair blanche en milieu de bouche puis une légère finale amer (très typée des cépages gris, ici le grille au gris). Un joli vin de poissons et coquillage (a éviter à l’apéro je pense, mais je n’aime pas le sauvignon).
