OUD GEUZE VIEILLE @oudbeersel #oudbeersel 6% ABV Blend of more Lambic aged from 12 to 36 months in wood, contaminated with wild yeasts and typical bacteria. Golden, with shades of Orange, a little bulky foam bulb that disappears quickly. Vinous, herbaceous impact of freshly cut grass, hay and wet wood, where acetic and lactic notes find pertinent bedding. In the mouth it explodes all its pungent, refreshing, metallic, green apple character, with citrus and citrus sensations. It closes dry, just slightly bitter from salted white yogurt, Brett did not arrive. Overall simple to drink but that guarantees a perfect match with mixed fried foods.
