Wow this wine is now entering its prime. All of Luc and Trees's wines need time, peace and patience to develop and gain elegance, so when first tasting them they may seem a little harsh and tannic. But then after the right amount of time they change into something completely different, very supple, juicy, extremely drinkable loveliness. The 2014 is at that point now. Aromatic, spicey syrah with incredible freshness. Pepper, thyme flowers, rosemary, plum, and as always the eucalyptus that is present in all their wines. Go find it quickly, it's hot! It says syrah grenache on the label but this vintage actually has 10% carignan in stead of grenache.
