Huge wine! Very complex. Variety of exotic fruits, lychee, passion fruit, apple, peach, lilac flowers, honey, leather, minerals. 21 days of maceration in a concret egg did some magic here. Balanced with long finish. One of the best orang wines I had.
Great, crazy acidity. Intense flower notes at the beggining.
Je crois que c'est un reisling de macération. Merde les allemands ils assurent c'est canon
